We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our Company Secretary department in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Company Secretary in daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation for board meetings and other corporate meetings.
• Maintain and organize statutory registers, records, and documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle filing and documentation with various regulatory bodies such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and ensure timely submission of required forms and returns.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents.
• Monitor and update compliance trackers and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Provide support in conducting audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education requirement: 10+2 or a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of company law and corporate governance principles is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with secretarial duties is an advantage but not mandatory.
