• Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of files, documents, and office supplies.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare meeting rooms.
• Support data entry, preparation of reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and departments to streamline administrative processes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, including ensuring that office equipment is in working order.
• Assist with vendor coordination and procurement of office supplies.
• Provide support to management and staff as needed for various tasks and projects.
