Office Assistant for data entry for accounts, stores, dispatches & production

Chemical manufacturing company in Asaudah, Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Job Responsibilities



1. Daily accounting entries of sale, purchase, production, receipt & expenses

2. Accounting entries of stock transfer, sale return, purchase return etc

3. Preparation of sale invoice, e-waybills, delivery challans etc

4. Assisting in pre-dispatch inspection, stock taking & reconciliation work

Job Skills & Qualifications



1. Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in accounts profile

2. Candidates having completed or be pursuing BCom will be preferred

3. Candidate should be proficient in use of MS excel, MS word, emails, accounting software such as Tally, Busy

4. Candidate should have a working smartphone

5. Candidate should hae own mode of conveyance (2 wheeler)

6. Candidates living in or around Bahadurgarh will be preferred

7. Candidates in the age group of 22- 30 years will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
