Job Summary
We, Marine Catering & Victualling Management company, looking for a full time Office Assistant / Back Office Executive who will work and process the day to day orders on our web application as well as update the records in excel. He/she will work closely with other staffs and seniors.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Check E-mails and attend them on priority basis according to the requirement of Clients.
• Check Requisition / Requirement recd from Client and start processing the order as per their requirement.
• Send RFQ to suppliers and compare the prices.
• Negotiation with supplier to get better deal
• Confirm the PO to Competitive Supplier
• Follow-up with supplier on PO delivery
• Check Supplier Invoice with PO
• Update all records for each and every orders
• Having complete knowledge of all office routine works
• Self-correspondence preferable.
• Assist the Manager/Seniors in day-to-day activities.
• Handle Filing, Documentation, Correspondence
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Young, energetic Male or Female.
• Well versed with MS Word / Excel and the Internet.
• Good typing speed, willing to learn new things.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to Work Independently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to grow in life.
Preference will be given to Candidate with some experience in Shipping / Catering industry of any nature
