• Ensure the office is clean and organized.
• Regularly replenish office supplies like paper, pens, and kitchen supplies.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items within the office or to/from other locations as needed.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, tables, and other necessary equipment.
• Assist office staff with minor clerical duties.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and guests.
• Support during office events, meetings, and other activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the relevant department.
