To ensure all administration tasks in the organization are overseen and executed efficiently and effectively within the least time frame and with feasibility.

Male Candidates only.

1. Providing Administration support to the Organization.

2. Ensure Office requirements pertaining to safety, process and business are fulfilled in all sections and branches.

3. Handling procurement, purchase and maintenance of system, equipments, machines, stationeries, other office supplies etc.

4. Ensure to choose the best vendors in terms of quality & feasibility.

5. Manage and monitor the office equipments by listing, numbering, and recording all physical assets like PC, tables, chairs, etc.

6. Ensure sim cards bought for usage are listed and accounted.

7. Ensure uniforms and id cards are ordered and provided to staff.

8. To maintain all records and files pertaining to these functions in order.

9. To liaise with Service, Sales, HR and accounts in all branches for coordination.

10. To ensure all purchases or payments for maintenance are approved by Management before proceeding.

11. To oversee, monitor and rectify any kinds of faults, repairs or

damages in any machines, equipments or any kinds of office amenities.

Only Male candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
