Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
• Handle day-to-day office tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to schedule customer visits and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare and maintain documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and service reports.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders.
• Maintain organized records of inventory, equipment, and service logs.
• Support management with general office duties and assist in organizing company events or meetings.
Accounting Duties:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Record daily financial transactions and update the company's accounting software.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Assist in tax filing, audits, and other regulatory compliance activities.
