We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Office Administrator/Telesales Associate to join our team at FX Wellness and Sports Tech. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and a proactive approach to sales and administrative tasks. The individual will play a key role in managing office operations, scheduling, handling client inquiries, and promoting our wellness and fitness programs.
Key Responsibilities
1) Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain and update client records and schedules in the system.
Coordinate appointments, bookings, and cancellations for fitness sessions, consultations, or classes.
Process payments, invoicing, and assist with membership renewals.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for office activities.
2) Telesales and Client Engagement:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our wellness and fitness programs and services.
Follow up with leads, providing information, answering questions, and converting leads into memberships or appointments.
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand client fitness goals and recommend appropriate services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance, goals, and client feedback to improve service offerings.
3) Customer Service:
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all clients by providing high-quality customer service.
Assist clients with inquiries related to class schedules, memberships, and promotions.
Address client concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or telesales, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with office software (Googles Sheets and Docs)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
