We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin with Telecaller responsibilities to join our team at B Lounge Coworking Space. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can efficiently manage office operations while also handling telecalling duties to attract and retain clients for our coworking space. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Office Administration:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Telecaller Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our coworking services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
