Job Description

Material Requirements Documentation (MRD):

• Analyze production schedules to determine material requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate MRD records.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain records of vendor contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare reports on material usage, shortages, and procurement status.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for material requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics and procurement teams.

Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Address material-related discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure effective communication of material requirements and changes to all stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Verify quality standards of incoming materials and escalate non-compliance issues.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
