Job Summary : We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Manager to oversee and lead our back office operations. The Manager will be responsible for supervising team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, improving processes, and driving productivity. This position requires a strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of office administration practices.
Key Responsibilities :
• Team Leadership : Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Office Operations : Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient processes and workflow. Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team productivity.
• Budget Management : Handle departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Communication and Coordination : Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
• Project Management : Oversee and execute various office projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular reports on office activities, team performance, and resource allocation for upper management.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence : Ensure that all administrative operations are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
• Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in office management or administration, with a strong leadership background.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and familiarity with office management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Prior experience in managing a team in an office setting.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and changing priorities.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
