Job Role: Office Administrator - Order Fulfillment
Key Responsibilities :
• Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors to track and expedite orders.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
Ideal Candidate :
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
