v Assisting new employees with office facilities like workstation, stationary, desktop / laptop & data connections v Doing KYC of the new joined employees. v Generating email id and mailing them the Company policy /Holiday List and attendance link. v Installation of dropbox as per requirement. v Generating appointment letter. v Updating HRMIS sheet. 1. Updating the Insurance list and keeping track for the same. 2. Keeping record of Laptops / Office License and maintaining AMC. 3. Coordination with IT team, Internet Team, and other facilitate for smooth running. 4. Payment Projection for PF / ESIC & PT & other vendors 5. Updating Calendar, Scheduling zoom meet & reminding for the same 6. Managing Admin team of housekeeping and drivers. 7. Maintaining Asset Report 8. Maintaining record of Office Supplies , Rent and AMCs 9. Any other task assigned by the Chairperson from time to time. 10.
