We are looking for someone to support our executive team. You will manage and do business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing work-related tasks, communication responsibilities and business development tasks, and other organizational tasks. We need you to be relatively quick at solving problems and be consistent at work. Responsibilities: Must be aware of Vendor Management, Negotiating, Liaisoning and Networking Maintain and update company databases, and social media pages Collect, analyze, and utilize data, Compile business reports, deal with statistical data Manage office supplies stock and place orders (e.g. letters, emails and packages) Maintain good co-worker relationships and play an active role in teamwork Be punctual, dependable, and Multitask To achieve frequent, timely and positive Social Media coverage across all available Social Media platforms. To develop and maintain a database of Social Media contacts. Work with the Website Manager to maximize the impact of electronic communications in relation to marketing and new Social Media. To develop an annual social media marketing plan. Exercise judgment to prioritize Social Media opportunities, and prepare talking points, speeches, presentations and other supporting material as needed. Actively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding AIO Impex, special events, public announcements, fundraising, Outreach activities and other projects. Create marketing materials where appropriate to support the role of PR Requirements: Education level: Any graduate/ Postgraduate. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions Self-motivated and self-directed.
