We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties such as record-keeping, filing, and scheduling.
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Prepare and maintain financial records in Tally .
• Assist with documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate with team members and support staff as needed.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
