We're Hiring: Office Admin
Are you ready to become the backbone of our office at Ashoka Bhoopal Chambers near Naturals Ice Cream or Chutneys in Begumpet/Sindhi Colony? We're looking for a young, energetic, and dependable individual (age 22-28) to manage admin and accounts responsibilities with diligence and initiative.
If you live within 3 kilometers (10 minutes), have a two-wheeler with a valid license, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment, this role is perfect for you. Join us to play a pivotal role in running the office and supporting its growth
What You'll Be Doing:
Key Keeper:
• Safeguard office keys, access control systems, and important documents.
Accounts Management:
• Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets, Tally, or Odoo (whichever works best for you).
• Handle payments to vendors, taxes (TDS, GST), utility bills, property taxes, etc.
• Ensure timely processing of all payments and manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Prepare basic reports and records of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA) for filing taxes or take charge of getting necessary things (payments, filings, returns, revisions in returns, refunds, etc.) on time, as needed.
Vendor Management and Procurement:
• Identify reliable vendors for office supplies, repairs, warranty claims, replacements and other needs.
• Source everything--from everyday office supplies to more significant purchases like computers or furniture. Or, even samosas to cakes.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality products and services.
• Be proactive in procuring items as needed, ensuring the office remains well-stocked.
Admin All-Rounder:
• Manage office files, records, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle the director's personal requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Address maintenance issues in the office, like plumbing, electricity, and building concerns.
Company Representative:
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensure all payments are made on time and negotiate credit terms when needed.
• Represent the company with respect, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters tactfully
What We're Looking For:
• Education: 10th or Interpass is fine.
• A proactive self-starter who can take initiative and lead the office without constant supervision.
• Someone who's highly respected by their peers for getting things done efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Tech-savvy and organized, with an ability to maintain records, reports, and financial data efficiently.
• A problem-solver who can manage files, resolve issues, and ensure smooth office operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Someone who is committed to completing tasks efficiently and reliably each day.
What You'll Get:
• Experienced (1-3 years): ?20,000/month + Insurance + Petrol Allowance + Yearly Bonus.
