Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations

- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence

- Maintain records, files, and databases

- Assist in HR, finance, and administrative tasks

- Ensure office supplies and maintenance

- Coordinate travel arrangements

- Provide support to the management team

Requirements:

- Graduate degree

- 1+ year of experience (or freshers with strong skills)

- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
