Key Responsibilities:



Record and monitor employee attendance and leaves.

Maintain timesheets.

Update and manage employee information files.

Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces.

Organize and store company documents.

Assist in preparing reports and maintaining files.

Handle visitors and guide them as necessary.

Report maintenance issues in the plant or office.

Ensure employees follow the prescribed dress code or uniform policy.

Monitor uniform distribution and replacement process.

Requirements:



Any Bachelor's Degree.

Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Must be flexible to work on a shift basis.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Note:

Able to relocate to Sadasivpet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
