We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
Dispatch Management:
• Handle all dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and packages.
• Maintain records of dispatched items and track their delivery status.
Banking Tasks:
• Perform basic banking tasks such as depositing checks, withdrawing cash, and managing petty cash.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute office communications, memos, and reports.
Travel Requirements:
• Utilize a two-wheeler for errands and tasks that require travel within the city.
• Ensure safe and timely completion of all travel-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
• Knowledge of MS Office is a plus. (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of banking procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ownership of a two-wheeler.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
