Position Summary:
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office functions, and provide essential support to our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Coordinate communication between teams, clients, and vendors.
Prepare and process documentation such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement to maintain inventory.
Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping.
Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Support HR tasks, such as onboarding, training coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot minor IT issues and liaise with technical support when needed.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other materials for management and client meetings.
Manage calendars for executives or team leads, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
Conduct regular reviews of administrative processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support compliance audits by organizing and providing necessary records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools or software is a plus.
