Position: Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee supplies, equipment, maintenance, and office cleanliness.
- Admin Support: Assist with reports, filing, scheduling, and employee onboarding.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and coordinate internal/external communication.
- Financial Admin: Assist with invoicing, expense reporting, and budgeting.
- Project Support: Assist with project tracking, meeting scheduling, and resource organization.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain emergency procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business Admin preferred.
- Experience: Fresher
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, organizational and communication skills, time management, and discretion.
