Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain office asset records sheet (laptops, mobiles etc.)
? Oversee repair and maintenance of office equipment; coordinate with
vendors
? Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and staff compliance
(police verification)
? Assist HR with onboarding new employees (due-diligence and
background checks)
? Organize team events and daily/weekly employee activities; maintain
records
? Perform clerical tasks: receive calls, arrange appointments, order
supplies
? Provide general support to visitors
? Coordinate meeting schedules with other Executive Assistants
? Maintain confidentiality of crucial organizational data
? Ensure a clean office environment
? Update mail/phone directories
? Arrange travel through internal or external agencies as required
Required Skills:
? Excellent organizational and planning skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
? Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Experience:
? Minimum of 3 years in handling admin roles in an organization.
? Preference for local candidates.
Others:
? Conveyance is a must.
