The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, office management, and employee engagement initiatives. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple HR functions efficiently. Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
HR Operations & Office Management:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and other services.
• Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences.
Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Personnel Management or otherwise suitably compensated by relevant profile experience.
• Desirable experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, office management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
