Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Office Administrator
with a background in hospitality to support the daily operations of the resort. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and accounting skills, along with a basic understanding of marketing, to help streamline office processes and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files to ensure efficient operations.
Accounting & Financial Support:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and help with budget tracking and reporting.
Marketing Assistance:
Provide support for marketing activities, such as managing social media accounts, creating content, and assisting with promotional campaigns to enhance the resort's brand presence.
Guest Services Support:
Assist in coordinating guest services, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a high standard of service throughout their stay.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including front-of-house staff, culinary team, and management, to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Oversee inventory management, ensuring office supplies, resort materials, and resources are stocked and accounted for as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing and social media strategies.
