Job Overview:

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing office resources, coordinating staff activities, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management:
• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and managing office space.
• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating appointments.
• Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Team Coordination:
• Coordinate staff activities and meetings, including taking minutes and distributing them as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and workflow.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in tracking and managing office budgets and expenses.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.28 - ?25,000.00 per month
