Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functionality. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support team members, and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management:
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure office space is organized and presentable.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests for office equipment.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and presentations.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave applications.
• Ensure filing systems are updated and compliant with company policies.
• Vendor and Client Coordination:
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Support for Leadership Team:
• Assist management with data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Compile and distribute meeting minutes and follow-ups.
• Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
• Ensure compliance with office safety and health guidelines.
• Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,657.83 per month
