Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and servicing.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation in an organized manner.
Manage filing systems, both digital and physical.
IT Support Coordination:
Liaise with IT teams to ensure all office systems and technology function effectively.
Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate resolutions for complex problems.
Team Support:
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for staff and management.
Assist in organizing events, training, and staff activities.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure office activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Implement and monitor office protocols and safety measures.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of office procedures and IT-related tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
