Administrative Support:
• Oversee and maintain office operations, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
Office Management:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Create and maintain accurate records, files, and databases for office operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Employee and Visitor Support:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with inquiries and needs.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
• Act as a point of contact for staff queries related to administrative processes.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline office processes for efficiency.
• Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
