- Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining files, records, and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, keeping track of inventory and budget constraints.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support the HR department in recruitment and onboarding processes, providing administrative assistance during these critical phases.
- Assist the Accounts department with bank-related tasks and financial research, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and organize company events and activities, contributing to a positive and cohesive workplace culture.
