What are we looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing day-to-day administration management at IZI's Bhopal office.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources and restocking when required.
• Sourcing and maintaining vendors for purchase requirements.
• Negotiating with the vendors on the cost of materials and comparison for the most cost-effective deal.
• Provide support to employees, including resolving administrative and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Procurement Executive or Administrative Assistant
• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Strong experience in vendor management and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
