Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for important documents and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and company operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in the building industry or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
