We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day office operations at Light & Magic. The ideal candidate will possess the drive and skills to excel in a dynamic team environment, with continuous training and support provided to help you grow and succeed.Key Responsibilities:
Manage petty cash and vendor bills checking.
Assist the accountant during weekly visits and handle accounts filing.
Manage and resolve office and personnel issues.
Track all open jobs to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and manage delivery schedules.
Handle hiring, new employee inductions, and assist with HR tasks.
Maintain employee well-being and foster a positive work environment.
Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Assist and support the owner as needed.
Follow company protocols and manage executive communications.
Manage vendor relationships, e-commerce purchases, filing, and documentation.
Track office stock and stationery.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Manage office assets and repairs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage office issues effectively.
Experience in office administration and HR tasks.
Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work in Lower Parel
