As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions, supporting both staff and students. Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and staff. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system for documents and records.

• Student Services

Assist students with inquiries, registrations, and documentation as required. Coordinate student orientations and facilitate a welcoming atmosphere for new students.

• Event Coordination

Assist in planning and coordinating special events, meetings, and workshops. Arrange logistics, such as room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.

• Communication and Correspondence

Draft and proofread documents, including memos, reports, and announcements. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Data Entry and Record-Keeping

Accurately input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Calendar Management

Manage calendars for executives and schedule appointments and meetings.

• Team Collaboration

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support the overall success of the institution. Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members.

• Adherence to Policies

Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
