We are expanding our operations to Africa and are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient office operations in our new location.

Position Summary:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office staff, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations in the Africa location.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and other office documentation.
• Maintain office filing systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with IT support to resolve office equipment and software issues.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Plan and coordinate office events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team and other staff members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Africa.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
