About the Role:
Manage daily schedules and appointments for the management
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain the clients records from booking to registration
Maintain employee records(attendance, salary & advance)
Maintain a payment tracker of sales
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
