Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Answer phones, emails, and respond to inquiries..

Maintain files, records, and documents.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Office Management:

• Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
• Ensure office equipment is functioning and arrange repairs.
• Organize office space, meetings, and events

Communication & Coordination:

• Coordinate internal and external communication.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
• Organize meetings and take minutes if necessary.

Data Entry & Management:

• Input and update data in databases and systems.
• Maintain accurate records.

Financial Assistance:

• Track office budgets and manage petty cash.
• Process invoices and receipts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate
• Previous office experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
