Key Responsibilities:

Manage key processes for office opening, courier handling, and document saving.

Perform inventory checks and demo unit storage and logistics.

Coordinate installation report collection and data uploading process.

Organize monthly meetings, including scheduling and venue Booking.

Facilitate vendor selection, documentation, and vendor needs assessment.

Assist with event participation, creative requirements, and post-event evaluations.

Ensure accurate record-keeping across all office, inventory, and event processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field; 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task management.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
