Office Administrator Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative support to office staff and management.
• Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
• Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
• Arrange travel accommodations for employees as needed.
• Supervise administrative staff, delegating responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist the HR team with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
• Support the IT team by managing IT equipment and troubleshooting minor system issues, such as laptops, headsets, and phones. Responsible for the configuration and assignment of assets to new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT and non-IT equipment.
• Manage vendor arrangements in accordance with company requirements, collaborating closely with the finance team for payment processing and settlement. Keep track of all invoices and payments.
• Oversee all courier activities related to office management, maintaining records of deliveries for office documents, assets, and non-IT equipment.


Office Administrator Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of office administration experience.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
