• Supervision: Oversee daily operations of security personnel, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered and that staff are performing their duties effectively.
• Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new security staff and provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are aware of protocols and procedures.
• Payroll - Will support the payroll procedure, giving inputs for the salary generation and salary calculation.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for staff.
• Discipline and Compliance: Handle disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in security operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skill Required :
• Min 1 years of experience in operations or management role in security Industry experience.
• Experience in managing operational work. Bachelor's degree in security management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar to the system technology (MS office, Excel, sites, portals)
