Job Description

Providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer,

Handling confidential communications,

Ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office,

Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings.

Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and HOD's , Students etc.

Coordinate with department heads , students and other staff.

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring professional and efficient interactions.

Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
