We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role also involves tele-calling prospective students and clients to provide information and support related to our services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. 2. Tele-calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients to inform them about Applinations\' services. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for counseling sessions. 3. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing and managing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update client records and databases. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the office. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices. 4. Client Interaction: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted. Provide information and support to clients regarding their queries and application processes. Facilitate smooth communication between clients and counselors. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in office administration or tele-calling roles preferred. Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic bookkeeping software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
