• Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic), ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
• Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-equipped.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or conferences as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations, preparing welcome materials, and managing paperwork.
• Help with employee records management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as tracking invoices and preparing expense reports.
• Help with office budget management by monitoring spending on supplies and services.
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
