Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Bilaspur. The ideal candidate will handle essential administrative tasks, including creating invoices, generating e-way bills, coordinating transportation, and supervising loading activities. The candidate must have access to a personal laptop or desktop to perform daily tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage invoices and e-way bills for coal shipments.
• Identify and coordinate with reliable transporters for efficient logistics.
• Monitor loading activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform general office management duties to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the coal or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Tally, or other relevant software for invoicing and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of e-way bill generation and logistics coordination is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a personal laptop or desktop.
