Responsibilities-
• Organise and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or other leave)
• Prepare documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly .
• Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
• Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Qualification-
Graduation or Above
Experience -
Maximum 1 Year Experience in Drafting & Team handling
Salary- 15000-20000 (Negotiable)
