Job Description


Job Title: Office Facilities Coordinator Location: Bangalore & Chennai : We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate office facilities and related services for our Bangalore and Chennai offices. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and implement innovative ideas to enhance office operations. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Coordination: Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities in both Bangalore and Chennai offices, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Internal Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to address various requirements, such as admin support, facility management, local travel arrangements, cafeteria services, and local logistics. Procurement Support: Raise purchase orders (PO) and purchase requisitions (PR) in coordination with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and services. ISO Documentation: Implement and adhere to ISO documentation processes to maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency. Vendor Management: Coordinate with general vendors for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Excel, Auto CAD, and project management trackers to assist in various office-related tasks and projects. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and innovative practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance office operations. Communication Skills: Maintain excellent business communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field. Prior experience in office facilities coordination or related roles is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Auto CAD and project management tools is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
