Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator/Office Worker to perform day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to travel as needed. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable riding two-wheelers for local travel.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
Travel and Errands
• Travel locally to handle office-related tasks such as delivering documents, coordinating with vendors, and visiting external offices.
• Perform errands, including bank work, procurement, and other related activities.
Office Operations
• Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and functional.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
• Assist in inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
Data Management
• Enter, update, and manage data in spreadsheets and databases accurately.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Team Support
• Assist various departments with administrative tasks, such as documentation and project coordination.
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing workspaces and necessary documents.
Compliance and Recordkeeping
• Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.
• Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background : Any graduate degree.
Technical Proficiency :
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office management tools is a plus.
Soft Skills :
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Requirements :
• Valid driver's license and ability to ride a two-wheeler.
• Flexibility to travel locally for office-related tasks.
Experience : Prior office experience is a plus but not mandatory.
