Job description:
  • Supervise office cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for housekeeping staff.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Process SOP documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Provide training and supervision for housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee pantry operations and hygiene.
  • Manage stock levels of stationery, cleaning, and grocery items.
  • Manage courier services and tracking.
  • Supervise office security operations.
  • Plan and coordinate office events.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities for smooth operations.
  • Maintain records related to administrative activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
