We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative assistant, who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional and friendly assistance both in person and over the phone.
•Responsibilities:•
• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Coordinate appointments and meetings
•Requirements:•
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• No prior experience needed
• Diploma or equivalent
• Based in Panaji, Goa
•Working Hours:•
• 6 days a week
• 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a lunch break from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
