We are seeking an Assistant to support our General Manager at our Mumbai - Powai location. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in administration and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Manage and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Support with computer coursework and training materials as needed.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update records and databases.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Requirements:
• BCA or MCA degree is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
