Summary: We are looking for Office Admin Manager, who will be supporting the organisation by assisting with various administrative tasks. Will be responsible for the smooth operation of the corporate and satellite office s by handling day-to-day tasks , organizing information, coordinating schedules, travel arrangements and ensuring effective communication.
This role requires good MS Office skills and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all office-admin activities ( Facility, Housekeeping & Security)
• Attending calls, file management, Petty cash, visitor management, general enquiry etc.
• Managing Pan-India logistics (Material Movement)
• Liasioning with Police, Municipality and other relevant government bodies.
• Maintaining facilities in-order and inculcating good manners with admin staff and values
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in the on-boarding process.
• Office-Canteen Administration & taking care of the office hygiene.
• Coordinate and support special projects and events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and systems. Managing the administration Budget.

Qualifications: • Graduation is required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Admin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
